Description

Equipment made up of 2 utensils: MIXER (suggested uses: Vegetable Soups, Vegetable Creams, Mayonnaise, Batters, Sauces, Tomatoes, etc.) and WHISK (suggested uses: Whipped Cream, Custards, Omelettes, Soufflés, Pesto (genoese sauce), etc.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Hold the appliance (whisk or mixer) against the bottom of the mixing bowl. Do not lift. For particularly thick ingredients, hold unit with both hands.
MIXER AND WHISK
Carefully insert utensil rotor unit and fix locking nut. The appliance must be operated and stopped only when utensil rotors are in mixing bowl.
MIXER
The mixer is very easy to use. Follow the above instructions for the insertion of the mixer rotor and set the switch to the mixer position.
WHISK
Only use the whisk setting with the whisk rotor. Turn the variable-speed switch towards - or + to change rotor velocity.
