Description

Ideal models for cooking with heat radiating from above, achieved with special electric heating elements with a tungsten filament, secured under a mobile top which, running along guides, can be positioned at different heights according to the food being cooked. A transparent pyroceramic sheet protects the heating elements and is easy to clean. These heating elements warm up rapidly, bringing the salamander up to the right temperature in just 20 seconds. Besides making a cook's work much easier it also saves energy thanks al so to the timer that stops electricity at the end of the time set.

This model features a 1/1 GN dimensioned hob and you can choose to have heating on full power or just half. The stainless steel drip trays and chromed steel grids, with heatproof handgrips, can be pulled right out far cleaning. They are fitted with a safety stop to prevent them tipping aver accidentally.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
- The salamanders are made in finely satin-finished AISI 18/10 stainless steel.
- They can be placed on a counter or fixed to a wall with specific stainless steel supports, supplied on request.
- The professional, filament type, spiral shaped heating elements are made in tungsten and guaranteed far a very long life.
- Heat radiates downwards through the pyroceramic glass that enhances and uniforms the heating effect and facilitates cleaning enormously.
