Description

Stainless steel modular oven model M 4, with door entirely made of special glass. Provided with a chamber 70x70x14 cm (for 4 pizzas diameter 34 cm) with pyrometers, three-phase power supply 400 Volt.

Modularity obtained in a single module for 4 pizzas, superimposable up to 3 modules.
Energy saving obtained through a special door sealing, and the chamber is coated with non-toxic materials with high insulating power, which make it possible to touch the external surface of the oven without getting burned.
Large cooking chambers (70x70x14 cm).
Door entirely made of double special glass panels for high temperatures with patented system, which make it possible to touch the external surface without getting burned and see everything inside the oven; hinges with spring for perfect door sealing.
External structure entirely made of stainless steel.
