Hand-forged stainless steel spiral. Bowl and dough-breaker made of 18/10 (AISI 304) stainless steel. Bowl and spiral either fixed or removable. Exclusive device that allows the release of the bowl and the spiral without lifting the head. Version with painted body. 230 Volt single-phase or 230/400 Volt three-phase power supply (other voltages on request). 24 V low-voltage controls. CE certified.
