Vegetable cutter mod. CUOCOJET STAINLESS STEEL without discs single-phase 230 Volt. Ejecting plastic disc supplied.

Indispensable in every kitchen, designed for cutting, slicing, cube and stick cutting, mincing, shredding such as: vegetables, fruit, bread, cheese.
Entirely manufactured in stainless steel and special alloy, equipped with protections that prevent the blades from turning when the handle is lifted up or when the lid is open. Very practical, it reduces the production times.
Some approximate examples: potatoes in cubes: l0 x l0 300 kg/hour. Potatoes in sticks: 250 kg/hour. Potatoes, cucumbers and carrots in slices 150 kg/hour. Shredded vegetables: 150 kg/hour.
