Description

The Polar ice-breaker is proposing to the barman, always updated and careful about the preferences of the customers, a not-broken but only cut ice as per Caribbean tradition. With Polar the ice so cut has a major resistance to the liquefaction exalting its primary function in the preparation of cocktails, drinks, aperitifs, fish or shellfish platters, exotic fruits platters. Its use is therefore also suitable in pubs, wine bar, restaurants, disco and kiosks. The main structure is in stainless steel and it is supported by an anodized aluminium bar which also permits the regulation on three different heights to work with trays, glasses, frappe and cocktail glasses.
The plastic parts are in conformity with the food use.
