Description

Fully automatic, Spidy is able to clear baby clams and clean mussels at the moment of cooking and keep intact any product characteristic: it doesn't spoil the shell but clean it through rubbing mussels from any fouling and alkaline residues. Equipped with a specific selector for the two processes, since baby clams and mussels have different characteristics. By turning the selector, water automatically goes inside the machine and rotating plate centrifuge that cleans through rubbing starts; at the end, the machine stops and it is then possible to take out the basket with mussels that can then be poured directly into baking pan for cooking. 10 seconds later for baby clams and 2 minutes later for mussels, Spidy automatically switches off and remove dirt, sand and impurities.
Equipped with specific basket for mussels and baby clams.

- basket for lupines and sea-snails
- stainless steel stand bottom equipped with extracting filter to hold limestone, fouling and impurities taken off when washing and avoid the drain pipe pollution.
