Description

Ice Dream slush machines are particularly suitable preparing slushes, sherbets and frozen yogurt.
They are highly functioning, revolutionary and reliable thanks to the following and exclusive features:
- Mixing: a double mixing patented system allows a perfect and homogeneous mixing of the product inside the bowl. It also prevents ice jams.
- Multi-cooling system: each bowl is fitted with an individual, autonomous cooling unit which reduces the slush drink preparation time, even in particularly hot areas
- Reduction gear fan unit: this feature reduces the reduction gear operating temperature, which consequently improves the life of the reduction gear itself.
- Double sealing system on the front of the evaporator: this prevents any of the products seeping into the inside of the machine's cavity, which could be harmful to the machine.
- Safety device: if the lid is opened, a safety device automatically blocks all the mixing parts protecting the machine operator from personal injury.
- Dispensing tap: extremely sturdy, completely sale and perfectly hygienic; it can be removed rapidly by exerting a slight pressure on the securing tabs.
No tools necessary.
- Perfectly hygienic: each component can be removed for a proper cleaning.
