Description

This line of mixers is designed for mixing meats of different kinds and it can be adapted to wide-ranging production needs, with capacities varying from 50 to 150 kg. The mixers are available in one-paddle (Kg 30, Kg 50, Kg 75) or two-paddle versions (Kg 50, Kg 100, Kg 120, Kg 150). Space-efficient and with structures entirely made in stainless steel, these mixers are the ideal solution for small and medium users. Safety features have been designed with extreme care and fully comply with EC Regulations. LV controls and emergency micro-switches on the tub cover are supplied standard. Cutting-edge technical solutions ease the various process functions including:
tipping tub for end-process emptying;
impulse switch to reverse operation direction and thus achieve better mixing results;
removable paddles for easy cleaning at the end of the process.
