THERMO-CONVECTION FAN OVEN WITH MOTOR REVERSING FACILITY - INDIRECT HUMIDIFICATION
The most powerful oven in the series. Has 2 motors with AUTOMATIC REVERSING FACILITY, which optimise circulation of hot air inside the cooking compartment, thus guaranteeing top performance and shorter cooking times.

Powerful high rpm motors are supplied. They automatically reverse rotation direction every 2 minutes, to ensure optimal distribution of hot air inside the cooking department.
