Description

These refrigerated cabinets represent the best solution for the requirements of the modern catering. These appliances offer:
- a more careful control of the preserved goods,
- a considerable reduction of power consumption,
- cleaning easiness for more and more accurate hygiene,

- simple and fast access to technical room for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
In addition to this essential characteristics, the innovative refrigerating system with removal of the evaporator from the inside of the cold room, allows the utmost exploitation of the available internal space. Finally, to complete our winning project, we succeeded in giving elegance to these cabinets by means of modern and rounded lines. The range of cabinets is available in various models with capacity 650, 1400 and 2100 litres for the introduction of Gastronorm 2/1 shelves and with capacity 550 and 1200 litres for the introduction of reduced Gastronorm 2/1 (530x550) shelves. These units are available in models with positive and negative temperature or in model with combined temperature.
