Description

Gas pasta cooker cm. 60 depth, suitable for small and medium feeding industry. Made in stainless steel AISI 304. Manual water charge, and frontal discharge through a safety tap. Safety thermostat. Basin's capacity 35 litres. It is able to cook in short times not only pasta but also different foodstuff like rice, meat, shellfish and vegetables. It guarantees low energy consumption, minimum heat dispersion and maximum operating cost-effectiveness.
Without basket.

Item to be used with GPL (wall). It is also possible to use it with natural gas. This eventual choise must be underlined at the moment the order is placed. Please point out if you have the need to use it through a cylinder.
