THERMO CONVECTION FAN OVEN
It is the smallest of the series, of ideal size for putting on the counter of a Bar or Pub, for heating brioches, croissants, rolls/sandwiches and other meal/snack items.

FUNCTIONS
Fan + circular heating elements (pressurised ventilation cooking). Optimal distribution of hot air on every shelf of the cooking compartment ensures uniform division of heat, and therefore, enables you to cook different types of dishes simultaneously on several shelves, without mixing aromas of flavours.
