Description

Equipment manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel and subjected to patented procedure that ensures its compliance with regulation for food contact and for high resistance to corrosion. The cover and removable accessories are dishwasher-proof. Device is fitted with powerful low noise motor reducer (less than 70dB noise). The grille disc blades have special 30° tilt angle and the limited number of cutter revolutions ensure a fast, precise cut that doesn't alter the quality of mozzarella used. It is manufactured in compliance to 89/37 EEC, 89/336 EEC, 89/109 EEC well in accordance with UNI EN 1678 and consequently it is marked CE.

With this version of mozzarella cheese cutter is also possible to shred.
