Description

This machine is the most modern synthesis of the two oldest methods of cutting and rounding bread and pizza dough. By correctly applying the operating procedure, the machine is able to cut and round 1200/1500 portions of dough for bread and pizza per hour. The portions can weigh from 320 to 650 gram with the cutting group dividing into 11 sections.

The machine includes cutting group divided into 11 sections, frame with small cups, two portion plates and one stainless steel basin.
Also included one cup to be chosen from the following:
Cup E white: from 480 to 650 gram
Cup F white: from 320 to 480 gram
