  1. Can I come to your offices to negotiate my purchase?
    Yes, we will be pleased to receive you at any time. However, we suggest you to set a meeting day and time by telephone with one of our sales operators, who will provide the assistance required. Our plant is not far from the exit Rimini Nord of motorway Autostrada A14, and the new Trade Fair of Rimini, in the business district of Viserba. From the exit Rimini Nord, take the road No. 9 "Via Emilia", direction Rimini. When you find the exit to the New Trade Fair (Nuova Fiera), turn right, and follow the road to the third roundabout. There, turn right, and take the street Via Achille Grandi. Pass another small roundabout and there you are.

  2. Do you have any other offices in Italy or other countries?
    Macchine Alimentari does not have any other offices, in order to cut costs usually borne by other companies having offices in various locations. This allows us to sell directly our high quality products at great and unmatchable prices.

  3. Why are your prices so low?
    For several years, Macchine Alimentari has offered an innovative service to the market: an online store, where you can buy our products directly, with no intermediaries, at very low prices, as low as they can be. Additionally, we check our price list every day. After you buy our products, if you find the same brand and same model at a lower price, you just need to tell us where we can find that product at a lower price within 60 days from the date of your purchase invoice. If our check confirms your indication, we will be pleased to refund you the difference.

  4. What kind of warranty would you give?
    All products supplied by Macchine Alimentari are covered by one-year warranty. During such period of time, Macchine Alimentari will collect and repair any malfunctioning items, or replace any defective parts.

  5. What happens if I am not satisfied with a product?
    Macchine Alimentari gives you the opportunity to try a machine for 10 days after delivery. If the product does not meet your needs, you can exercise your right to cancel, return the machine to us, and obtain cost refund - within maximum 30 days - excluding transport costs. This right is not applicable for furniture elements ordered to measure.

  6. What if I need assistance?
    Please, note that installation expenses are not included and Macchine Alimentari is not responsible for damages arising from installation. Our goods are covered by one year guarantee for the supplying of mechanical spare parts. Outside Italy we do not have assistance centers, should you have any problem with the machine, our clients have to confirm us in writing the problem occurred, we’ll try to help you in contacting the constructor and solving the problem, and, if necessary, in sending you the mechanical spare parts.

  7. What is your delivery time?
    Through order confirmation - that we complete on the same day of the order through a call to your non-mobile telephone number - we will be able to inform you about delivery date.     We remind you that the only means of payment accepted is an advanced bank transfer or credit card if you proceed with ordering on-line the products. For items ordered to measure, payment must be entirely in advance and goods cannot be changed.
