Description

Spit-roasters with a fast and cheap new cooking system. The new infra-red patent allows a faster cooking (10 minutes less than the traditional system with fire-bricks) with reduced gas waste (over 40%). The incandescent bars burn in a better way the gas and so CO emissions are reduced and the calories power increases. A double motorization allows to stop the disk and turn only the spits for the loading and the unloading. In this way chickens near the heat source don't burn and it's also possible to cook few spits, grills and roller exploiting much more the energetic power. Disks are manufactured in inox 304 and cooled by fans that help the cleaning and guarantee a long resistance to the mechanical system.
