Description

Electric pasta cooker with one basin cm. 60 deep, suitable for medium and big feeding industry. Covering made in stainless steel 18/10. 35 litre moulded basin in AISI 316 thickness 15/10 with rounded borders to facilitate cleaning. Encapsulated electric heating. Safety resistance system with warning light. Independent water charge set on the front of the machine with a particular buffer tap that enables to measure coming water and keep, thanks to high power, the same temperature. Foams' grazing and cooling system. The wide range of baskets available (optional) allows several settings. It is able to cook in short times not only pasta but also different foodstuff like rice, meat, shellfish and vegetables taking advantage of the heating supplied. Other benefits include the low energy consumption, a minimum heat dispersion and maximum operating cost-effectiveness.
