Description

Electric pasta cooker with one basin, cm. 60 depth, suitable for small and medium feeding industry. Made in AISI 304 stainless steel. Manual water charge and frontal discharge through a safety tap. Safety thermostat. Basin's capacity 10 litres. It is able to cook in short times not only pasta but also different foodstuff like rice, meat, shellfish and vegetables. Other benefits include the low energy consumption, a minimum heat dispersion and maximum operating cost-effectiveness.
