DOUGH ROUNDING MACHINES
Manufactured with a patented vertical system. The machine works by pressing the dough towards the sides of the machine, whilst the cylinder rotates to create the spherical shape. The Pal machines can produce 3500-4000 balls of dough per hour, with a weight of 20 to 300 g. for the Pal 300 and 20 to 1300 g for the Pal 1300. They can be dismantled for easy cleaning.
