Description

This machine has an internal and an external structure in stainless steel suitable for foodstuffs.
It is provided with stainless steel basin with radiant bottom; the mixing arm is also in stainless steel.
On request it can be furnished a stainless steel mixing arm with teflon scraper.
The guards upon the basin are in material suitable for foodstuffs.

- drive with moto reducer by oil-bath
- electric circuit with low voltage (24V) controls for added safety, complete with emergency stopping device
- burner complete with safety valve and piezoelectric ignition.
