ELECTRIC FAN OVEN SYSTEM 6 TRAYS GN 1/1 OR CM 60X40
The oven has a large stainless steel (AISI 304) cooking space, with 2 powerful reversible motors. It is excellent for cooking in delicatessens, far cooking bread and confectionery. It is perfect for average load catering where a compact oven is needed but which gives excellent results in terms of both quality and quantity.

FORCED FAN COOKING
The centrifugal action of the fans, combined with the heat given off by the two powerful elements, means the oven heats up very quickly, saving both time and energy.

AUTOMATIC HUMIDIFIER
The humidity is automatically measured inside the oven, to guarantee an excellent result for those dishes that need cooking in a humid ambient.

FUNCTIONS The powerful high-rev motors automatically reverse rotation direction every 2 minutes, which means the hot air is evenly spread inside the oven, meaning that a number of baking pans can be cooked at the same time with different dishes if required.
