Description

Spiral mixers, with fixed head and fixed bowl, produce small and large quantities of homogeneous dough for bread, pizza and cokes with the same efficiency.
These mixers, thanks to an optimal revolution ratio between spiral and bowl, guaranteed by a stout and noiseless chain drive, are reliable and durable, easy to use and easy to clean.
Mixers are equipped with ratiomotor with oil bath 18/8 (304) stainless steel spiral and bowl, and 24 V controls. They are manufactured in compliance with the safety requirements laid down by EU Directive 89/392 and its subsequent amendments.

The mixers are also available on wheels.
